WHITE-LABEL VOICE AI

Your brand on the call.
Nixflex nowhere in sight.

Resell voice AI as your own product. The agent answers in your customer's company name, the provider never appears, and a flat $0.08 a minute wholesale cost lets you set your own retail price with a clean margin.

HOW IT WORKS

From wholesale minutes to your product.

1

Build the template

You define one agent template with the persona, prompt and tools. It answers in the company name of your customer, so on the call it introduces itself as them, never as a third party.

2

Provision per customer

For each customer you add their own number over the API, isolated from the rest. One template can sit behind hundreds of numbers, so onboarding a client is an API call, not a new build.

3

Mark up and bill

Your cost is a flat $0.08 a minute. You set your own retail price on top and bill your customers directly. The spread is your margin, and because the cost is flat it is clean to calculate.

WHAT WHITE-LABEL COVERS

Your product, end to end.

Invisible provider

Nixflex never appears to your customer. Not on the call, not in the data, not anywhere they look.

Answers as their brand

The agent introduces itself in the company name of your customer, with their script and voice.

Per-customer isolation

Each customer is a separate tenant with its own number, call data and settings.

Flat wholesale cost

A predictable $0.08 a minute you mark up, not opaque credits that make margin guesswork.

Your carrier, your numbers

Bring your own Twilio or Telnyx numbers, so the phone side belongs to you too.

One API to run it

Provision, configure and read call data over plain REST, so your systems drive the whole thing.

BUY WHOLESALE, SELL RETAIL

The maths is clean because the cost is flat.

When your wholesale cost is a flat $0.08 a minute rather than metered credits, your margin is simply your retail price minus a fixed rate. You run standard recurring billing, your invoices carry your name, and the spread compounds as you add customers. Nixflex handles the engine, the speech, the model and the scaling; you own the relationship and the markup.

QUESTIONS

White-label, answered.

What does white-label actually mean here?+

It means you resell voice AI as your own product and the provider stays invisible. Nixflex does not appear on the call, in the call data, or anywhere your customer looks. The agent answers in the company name of your customer, and you own the relationship and the billing.

Will my customers ever see Nixflex?+

No. Nixflex follows a strict white-label rule: the underlying engine and providers are never named to end customers. Combined with your carrier and numbers, the whole experience presents as your product, not a resold dashboard.

How does the margin work?+

Your cost is a flat $0.08 per minute of voice. You set whatever retail price you like on top and keep the spread. Because the wholesale cost is flat rather than metered credits, your margin is simple to calculate and predictable as you add customers.

Do I build a separate agent for each client?+

No. You build one agent template and attach a number per client to it, each isolated. Onboarding a new client is an API call to provision their number, not a fresh build, which is how a single template can serve hundreds of numbers at once.

Can each client keep their own voice and script?+

Yes. The template defines shared behaviour, and per-number settings let each client have their own script, voice and integrations. The agent answers as that client, with their tone and their booking rules.

Who owns the phone numbers?+

You do. Nixflex is bring-your-own-carrier, so you attach your own Twilio or Telnyx numbers. The telephony belongs to you, which keeps the provider even further out of view.

Is there a separate SDK for resellers?+

No, and none is needed. Everything is provisioned and managed over the same plain REST API, which you call from any language. There is no SDK to install to resell; typed client libraries are on the roadmap.
